📦 When will my travel kit luggage be delivered?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We currently deliver only within Poland, and most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.

At the moment, luxbreno.com ships exclusively within Poland. We’re working on expanding our delivery options in the future.
🔍 How can I track my luggage order?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. You can use this link anytime to monitor your shipment until it reaches your address.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@luxbreno.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.
